Becoming the best version of yourself requires hard work, determination, and balance, but the rewards of a life filled with passion and purpose are there waiting for you. Here are some ways that you can achieve your aims.

People tend to have a habit of negatively talking themselves down. You can over analyze situations to make yourself come off in the worst possible light. Similarly, you can talk yourself out of trying new things because you are afraid that you won’t be able to do them, or you will end up embarrassing yourself somehow. Silencing your inner critic is one of the only ways you can hope to become the best version of yourself.

People tend to judge others based on their own life experiences, analysing everything through their own unique prism.
