Not everybody needs to take vitamins, but you’ll usually find that some people don’t get enough of them and thats why this health hack is so imortant. The best way to get your vitamins and nutrients in is from your food, of course, but this isn’t always possible. If you have symptoms of a deficiency, you could use an online doctor to get an idea of what it could be. You could also consider tracking your food with an app like MyFitnessPal and checking out where you’re lacking.


Eating Healthily, Treats In Moderation

You shouldn’t focus on ‘dieting’, as this is a short term solution that can cause all kinds of eating and body image issues. Instead, eat healthily and have treats in moderation. If you eat a piece of cake one day, don’t write the whole day off and use it as an excuse to binge. Definitely not the whole week! Simply make healthier choices for the rest of the day. If you do this, you’ll feel so much better.

Taking care of your personal hygiene is a must health hack if you don’t want to pick up and spread germs. Make sure you wash every day, keeping your skin clean and healthy. You want to smell good too!
